Monthly Keep Alive Option

Hi,

I wish to create a site that allows users to register their membership. As I wish users to remain as current as possible, I want to put a feature in place that will automatically the user on a monthly basis and expect a response to keep their account active, other the account will be deactivated.

1. Create membership account
2. Every month email member and ask them to select Yes in the email to keep their account active for an addition month.
3. If no response or select No, account will be disabled.

Is this possible using this plugin?
