Month/Year archiving not working

My categories are archiving perfectly, but my months archives are simply showing a list of incorrect URL’s for each post. Even if I cut and paste the URL, they don’t go to the right page. Nothing happens.
Looks like this. If I click on May 2008, the page goes literally to this:

Categories, however, still archive correctly. Is this something that upgrading would fix or does it need to be resolved first?
