MooWoodle user creation doesn’t work for me

I need some help with MooWoodle plugin.
I implemented based on this guide:

The connection is perfect, but if someone buys a WooCommerce product (which is come form a Moodle course based on MooWoodle connection) Moodle isn’t creating a user, nor is it sending out the confirmation email.
I checked the forum, made every suggestion (checked the token, inserted a special code to my function.php etc.) but nothing helped.
Is here everybody who has some tips, what the solution can be?
