More answers for the quiz to block spam

The quiz could be a good way to stop spam – but with only one answer it’s hard to use it as such. Mostly there are multiple ways to answer.

For example:
Which animal makes the sound ‘meow’?
Some answer ‘cat’, others ‘a cat’, ‘A cat’, ‘a cat meows’, …

Or: 2+2=?
Answers: 4, four, Four

Capital from Japan?
Tokyo, tokyo, Tokio, tokio

That’s why it’s better to have an option to use multiple answers.
Is it possible or would you add it? That would be great!

I know there is already a thread ( https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/plugin-contact-form-7-multiple-quiz-answers-please-?replies=5 ) but the author answered this option wouldn’t make much sense, so I wanted to explain why I think it’s a good idea.
