More beginner questions

    Now the burning questions on my mind are as follows:

    1. How do I edit the side bar so it only reflects “pages” and no longer contains “archives,” “categories,” “blogroll,” and “meta”?

    2. How do I upload or attach a pdf file?

  • I can see this becoming a long series of threads during which you attempt no research yourself, and users here become part-owners of your blog by virtue of having written you a step-by-step guide on creating it.

    Next thing you know, you’ll be posting here for suggestions on what to post.

    Before you spout off about how everyone was a beginner once, it’s important to remember that beginners will forever stay beginners unless they learn to research.

    It’s not important to know everything – but it is important to know how to FIND everything.

    Please begin reading your template’s php files. Open them in wordpad and read them. It’s exactly like reading a new language. For the first few minutes it will be impossible to understand, but the more you look at it, the more obvious the logic becomes.
