More detail in order and email?

In “cart orders” it just shows the total paid and in the “items ordered” field it only shows the item and it’s cost. Is there a way to show the whole order with the shipping cost as a separate line item in the “items ordered” field?

I would also like it to show that way in the customer’s confirmation email instead of just the item itself.

Is this possible?
