May I suggest that you produce a little more detailed release notes for new versions. If you just say “Compatible with Moodle x.y.z” it is impossible to know if you changed anything, if the plugin works differently, if the user needs to test or otherwise do anything – or if you changed nothing, but simply tested the plugin against a new version of Moodle.
More details in this key operational plugin would greatly facilitate our testing and release management

Thank you for your continuous support.

We have added a new function, please follow these Moodle path below:
Administration > Site administration > Plugins > External services > Select your service for MooWoodle > Add functions > Add the following function to your webservice: ‘core_user_get_users’.

This is new. Most of the people are missing this thing while setting up the service in Moodle and was facing the same issue you are facing.

Make sure you are also running:

    WP 4.7.3

    WC 3.0.0

    Moodle 3.2.2

Let me know whether this resolved the issue.

Yes, this is precisely the sort of information you could put in the release notes. It would save everyone a lot of time and avoid a lot of frustration.

@josiah-s-carberry We have included this information in our plugin’s Readme text.
