    Hi!

I write this topic because I would like more e-mails in my woocommerce.
I mean, we’ve 10 default e-mails (completed, processing, etc.) and I would like to add to more, to say “your order is completed, you can come to the shop to take”

    Thanks,
    Alberto M.

“Completed” already comes with WooCommerce. If you want to add more than what’s in WooCommerce. What more could possibly add that’s not already in there?

Yes, completed is with WooCommerce. But I would like to have to e-mails for completed. One for orders that have shippment to inform the customer that the order is coming soon and other completed for orders that are to take away, to inform the customer that they can come to the shop to take their order.

Well, most pay for a 3rd party shipping software like Shipstation, Stamps.com and Shipping Easy. With their software you can send the email that states their order has completed and is on the way.

There’s an older article that may still work for you as well. I’m not sure.

    Another

In addition the articles Stef mentioned, there’s also AutomateWoo for adding custom emails with custom triggers. It was bought out by Automattic, so I expect it’ll be around for the long haul.

    Thanks!

I was going to suggest WunderAutomation as an alternative to AutomateWoo. From what I understand of your question, you’re going to be fine with built in functionality in WunderAutomation. It’s freely available on the WordPress plugin repo.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
