More Header Issues Still after reading all posts!!!!! HELP!!

My site: Amberleyschool.co.uk
Ok on iphone but white space in height for all other size screens.
Ive read through the posts on making the header responsive. Ive tried:
child theme, custom header and function.php changes to make the element width 100% and height: auto and 100%.
Im going round and round in circles with it!
Can someone help!
