More modern field types?

Hello. Trying to look for alternatives to the dated Contact Forms 7, but all of them seem so over the top with pretty little semi-interfaces within WordPress it’s painful. Anyway, as long as it does what we need, we’d be fine.

Could I please check if there’s a possibility to have these field types:

1. Range. It’s a pretty common form field type. Don’t see it in the options.

2. Select options, but with bigger icon-accompanied boxes instead of the usual tiny checkboxes or radio buttons. We’re comfortable with CSS and don’t mind doing our own styling. But it’s easier do that by ensuring the form is made responsive with grids from our usual CSS, by outputting form with specific HTML, not only via additional Ninja CSS? Is this possible?
