More popular content links doesn’t work

Thanks for reaching out, hopefully we can assist with this and determine the problem. To troubleshoot this can you conform that when you click on any of the individual titles in the “Most popular link” you encounter a 404 page? If so can you confirm this is the same when you access any detailed page link from the admin toolbar when visiting your site (Site Kit > More Details)?

An alternative to checking your admin toolbar link to more page details is to check your homepage details, which should be accessible for you as a logged in admin using this link.

Providing the above link or accessing your detailed page statics work from the Site Kit admin toolbar we can perform some additional checks. Firstly can you share your Site Health information privately via this form or within your next response?

I didn’t receive a 404 page. I receive the next message:

It appears that the URL https://experienceyourdream.com.au/experienceyourdream.com.au is not part of this site, therefore there is no data available to display.

I think the problem is that the plugin always add “experienceyourdream.com.au” to all the links

Always at the end appears my root site for example:

https://experienceyourdream.com.au/como-vivir-y-estudiar-en-melbourne/experienceyourdream.com.au?amp=

https://experienceyourdream.com.au/category/nuestros-destinos/australia/experienceyourdream.com.au

https://experienceyourdream.com.au/wp-admin/admin.php?page=googlesitekit-dashboard&permaLink=https%3A%2F%2Fexperienceyourdream.com.au%2Fcategory%2Fnuestros-destinos%2Faustralia%2Fexperienceyourdream.com.au

I do not have any site health problems related to this.

Thanks for sharing the additional insights. Correct that the additional URL output is unusual. As a logged in user can you share whether you can see detailed page stats via the following:

1. From checking your homepage and using the Site Kit admin toolbar (Site Kit > More Details)
2. When accessing this link

Many thanks for the update. Just to confirm, when you access this link the same occurs – there is no detailed page statistics available?

After sharing the above as you’re encountering your homepage URL being added each time can you please share your current Analytics settings from when you visit the connected property? Please inform me of the “Default URL” value you have set. We did have an issue previously with this behavior although this was primarily for sub directory installs.

We also did have a similar report of this, and an associated GitHub issue although we’ve been unable to reproduce it on our side, so the above information would be very useful.
