    Hi,

    I have a question – why tickets for anonymous (not logged-in persons) are available just by typing email …
    IMO better sollution is to enter mail only for submit ticket, and then when new reply appeared just send a link with some kind of hash that – when clicked – will allow to reply to this ticket …

    Now – there is just a message about ticket reply … but no info about what ticket, so user have to go to help page and type email to see it …
