More tag

I have this working OK. Just a question though. Instead of clicking on the (more…) link, and being taken to the page of that particular post where the comments form is, is it possible just to have the post expand on the page you are on? i.e. the reader isn’t taken to another page? And then be able to close the expanded post again – still on the same page?
