More Tag in Block Editor – Feature Request

  • Since most (all?) of my posts are quite lengthy, I use the More tag (Continue Reading…) to keep my home page relatively neat. There’s no way to add this with the Block Editor without editing the block in HTML, and even when doing so WP says that the block now contains invalid content and one has to treat it as an HTML block.

    P.S. Thanks for adding Justify back into the Block Editor. It’s been missing from the Classic Editor for too long and I always had to go back and add it in manually.

  • What version of WP or the block editor are you using?
    The More block has been a block for quite awhile.
    And the block editor does not have text justify, since it was removed from the Classic editor long ago for good reason.

    Perhaps whatever plugin you have for text justify is affecting the More block?
    (I looked at WP 5.4.1 to verify.)
