“more…” text

Hi everybody, i?′m new with wordpress and all the options, i struggling with something in my wordpress blog. I want to change the text of “more…” (when i have a extended entry) to “Continue lendo” , but i?′m not finding where i have to change to achive this. i tried the single.php, but isnt?′t there. somebody can help me? please
