More text in front-page

Hi, I’m using this theme for a blog and I would like to increase the number of lines of text for each post in the home (front-page).

Now it shows only three or four lines and I want, for example, showing six lines or the first paragraph.

What should i change in the code? Thanks you and sorry for my english.
