    Hello,
for 10 days we receive completely empty orders.

I can’t understand how it’s possible since, during checkout, there are many obligatory fields to fill out.

To make the idea better I leave you two screens:

  • Hello @m1k22,

That is an unusual problem. Have you been able to resolve it? If you haven’t, here’s what I would do. Set up a copy of your site to test with. You can use the WP Staging Plugin to make that copy if you don’t already have one.

Then on the staging site, see if you run into the same problem with the orders not having any information in them. If they are still empty, then disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and switch to the Twenty Nineteen theme. Try again. If you still don’t see order information, that could indicate there is something wrong at the database level with the site.

If you do get order information with only WooCommerce and Twenty Nineteen active, then begin turning the plugins back on, testing as you go. When the orders appear empty again, the last plugin activated may have a conflict.

If you’re unable to find the source, could I get you to enter a copy of your System Status Report here? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

    Thanks!

    Hi there @m1k22

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

I will add a note – for empty orders like this, in the past I’ve heard this is caused by a plugin or API integration which has access to creating orders.

Do you have any integrations on your site which can control order creation? That would be something to look into.

    Thanks,
