More than 3 members per row

It seems possible to show more than 3 members on one row in the member directory. I’d like to try this, I don’t like the way the row looks with 3 members.

Unfortunately, he doesn’t know how to do this. He gave up (I’m not completely surprised, since the answer was extremely brief).

Anyways, I located the members-grid.php, but how should I change the code?
