More than one choice on checkbox on form

  • Hi there,

    I am creating a Consent Form using MailPoet and I need a question that allows more than one answer. For example: I am happy for Behypnotherapy to contact me about my sessions via:

    Choice 1 Email

    Choice 2 Text

    Choice 3 Phone

    I would like users to be able to select more than one option but the custom field ‘Checkbox’ only seems to allow one entry.

    Can anyone suggest a way to solve this please.

    Thank you for the suggestion, yes that is an option but it doesn’t flow so well. It’s odd that the checkbox on Mailpoet doesn’t allow more than one entry.

    I agree that the checkbox should work as you expect. It’s acting like a radio group. I was just offering a less that perfect alternative. Good luck.
