more than one condition removes free gifts

  • hi! so i have set up multiple offers on specific products using the ‘per product’ option but when more than one of these is added to the cart, or more than one of the same product, the free gifts are removed from the cart. i have set the number of allowed items to a high number since setting it to 0 always reverted back to 1. in addition if any other item is added to the cart whether it has its own free gift the free gift from the first product is removed.

    how do i set it up so that if the conditions are met regardless of other items in the cart all free gifts are added to the cart? as in multiple ‘buy one get one’ being allowed as well as other free offers and regular products.

    umm, hello?

    Im having the same problem with the Pro version (Sounds similar anyway). Initially i thought it was the way i was setting it up, but im trying to have multiple conditions running at the same time.

    For example:

    1. Buy a product from category X and get Free Product A.
    2. Spend over ￡30 get Free Product B.

    It seems that it adds one of the conditions only, normally the condition thats met first. So if i have spent over ￡30, the correct free gifts are added to the cart, but when i then add a product from category X it wont add in the free gift for that condition?

    It would be great to get an answer on this if possible, running out of ideas ;o)
