More than one WP with same website by mistake

I was taking a class at a university on how to blog. I used my website name, then when I tried to get online at home it didn’t work, so I started another at Godaddy. Now I have more than one, and I can’t get any of them to work, all I get is a error message, and I get sent back to the page that doesn’t work on my web site. Is there any way to clear out the bad connections?
