Most downloaded on Homepage

I’m looking for a plug-in that will look at all the downloadable forms and populate the most frequently downloaded to my homepage. In other words, if a form is downloaded 10 times in a month and was on the front page, but another form is downloaded 20 times in the same month, the larger downloaded form would be linked to the homepage. Is that clear. It would make downloads dynamic instead of hard coded into the design.
