• Hi

I have been using your plugin with success. (Inserted NGINX directives).

However, some images are not displaying and show a 404.

I have left the plugin active but disabled the conversion.

Is there a way to “clear the cache” to force new created webp images?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I don’t think “clearing the cache” will solve the problem, if you by that mean deleting the webp images.

The plugin allows two locations of the images. Either in its own folder (“separate”), or next to the source files (“mingled”).
If you select “separate”, you can easily delete selected images directly on the server (ie through ftp), or all at once, if you wish. Just navigate to /wp-content/webp-express/webp-images/doc-root/

ALl images stored “separate” will be removed upon uninstall. So to wipe the whole cache, you could also uninstall and reinstall. But then all your settings will be wiped too

Okay….So I have been fighting with your plugin and others. :)….

On my staging site. BTW… Another problem… In alter HTML use URL replace resulted in an error 500.

I deactivated all plugins. Left All Elementor Related plugins active with Elementor and Elementor Pro. Error 500. Disabled Ele Custom Skins plugin.. WEBP STARTS TO WORK. Changed to Replace tags … WebP WORKS with Ele Custom Skins Plugin. BUT SOME IMAGES DONT LOAD… 404 on images.(Not all, but some)

To access my staging site you need admin permissions… you can send me a mail and I can create UN & PW for you if you like.

BTW… after all this… I tried changing from mingled to separate… Error 500.
