First of all, thank you for creating the BEST flip-viewer available. We were using one of your competitors’ versions until we found yours! However, I recently updated the plugin (two days ago)…and now things are broken. It used to work flawlessly with every browser, but now it’s intermittent. Sometimes it will show up, but most of the time the frame shows up, but not the images nor navigation arrows. I need to roll the plugin back to the previous version that worked flawlessly. How do I do that? You can test whether it works on your end by visiting the included link. Scroll down to about the middle of the page where it says “Test drive a property brochure”. Note that the shortcode is also included on another page of the site under Sellers/11×17-brochures. Sometimes one will work and the other one won’t, or both stop working altogether. It’s not displaying consistently in Chrome nor Microsoft Edge (at least most of the time.) NOTE: I have not installed any new plugins, so I’ve eliminated the possibility of a conflict. There simply seems to be something wrong with the update, and I’d appreciate being able to roll back to the previous version.

Can you tell me how to do that?? Thank you!

UPDATE!!! I figured out that the updated version was creating a conflict with another plugin that I rarely use. So I deleted that plugin, and rolled back my JetPack CRM version to the previous one…and now everything seems to be working again! I’ll keep testing it, but for now, I think we’re okay. Sorry for any inconvenience!

Thanks again for a wonderful plugin!! We get positive comments about it all the time!! : )

    Hi,

Many thanks for your report. We appreciate such reports highly. We developer cannot detect every possible conflict alone and customers help is of high value.

We are able to help you based on the experience with other customers.

Thank you DearHive for responding so quickly!! I still have a question though. I understand what you wrote in your reply, but if you type in https://themillengroup.com, it will automatically redirect you to https://themillengroup.com. Since that’s the case, I’m not sure I completely comprehend what your solution is??

How do I make sure that all http requests are properly redirected? Is that a THEME issue, or a HOSTING issue?

Thank you very much for your help!!

    Hi,

Your current solution is only working for homepage. Not sure how that is implemented.

Such solution is implemented in servers, Hosting provider settings(recommended) or .htaccess

If you don’t find hosting settings in your cpanel, try other methods:
    https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-ssl-and-https-in-wordpress/

You can look into help section of hosting provider. This is common thing today, and a document should be there.

    Wow!!! That was fast!

I just completed a chat with my hosting company’s support. I copied and pasted what you suggested in hopes they’d know how to fix it. The support tech assured me they’ll handle it in the next 30 minutes, and things should work fine after that.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP, AND FOR RESPONDING SO QUICKLY!!!! Absolutely amazing!!
