    I’ve been writing to the support service for a month, my company is also losing money due to the fact that the links in the Simple Grid do not work!!!! old links cannot be edited, new ones cannot be added! and this option is not even available for premium users! I specifically bought the premium package to get help in solving the problem!!! but they firmly ignore any emails!!!! Because of this, the reputation of WordPress also suffers!!! because I pay money for quality service! but in the end I come across such flashing plugins as Simple Grid

    This is a conflict with other plugins or your theme. To add links, my plugin uses the built-in WordPress mechanism (script), but some plugins modify the basic elements of WordPress and thereby cause a conflict.

    I answered you to this email [email protected] (I’m sure it’s not working). In short, your review has a right to exist, but you don’t have a premium version to tell the truth.

    Normal. I cancel it. Who wanna pay for product what kind dont work and to get abequate support to fix issue also not possible.
