    Hi!

I had to deactivate all third-party plugins to check my website and on reactivation of TranslatePress, most of my translations have disappeared. I’m restauring my database (hopefully, it will work) but would like to know why it happened as the translations are supposed to be stored in my database. And how can I avoid this to happen again if I ever need to deactivate the plugin again?

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

The translations shouldn’t have been lost.

Even deleting the plugin won’t erase them.

Did you manage to resore them?

    With the best regards,

No, impossible to retrieve them, even by restauring the database. Even, the images aren’t found anymore (you can check the issue on this page: https://www.smart-me-up.com/en/concept/). The only difference in the text between French and English is that on the pages that are supposed to be translated in English I get question marks instead of apostrophes in the French text…
