Most uploaded images not showing on blog using Firefox 43.04

My blog is Have Coffee Will Write.

This problem appears in Firefox 43.04

This problem does not appear in Internet Explorer 11: 11.0.10240.16603; update versions: 11.0.26

Every January I create a new folder for files uploaded in that year: wp-content/2010, wp-content/2011, etc.

As usual, I created wp-content-2016 on 1 January with no problems.

Images in that folder continue to appear on the blog–<a href="https://www.fastcompany.com/3055077/today-in-tabs/ammon-bundy-camping-with-intent" rel="attachment wp-att-48417" target=_blank><img src="https://havecoffeewillwrite.com/wp-content/2016/please-send-snacks.jpg" alt="please send snacks" width="530" height="353" class="alignleft size-full wp-image-48417" /></a>

Images in older folders, however, no longer appear. All I see is the name of the image and the appropriate blank space–`<a href=”https://www.gocomics.com/thecity/2015/12/16&#8243; rel=”attachment wp-att-48303″ target=

I’m running Window 10 with all updates.
I’m running Firefox 43.04 with the following 11 activated plugins:

Advanced Permalinks
Akismet
All In One SEO Pack
Filosofo Comments Preview
Greg’s Threaded Comment Numbering
Peter’s Custom Anti-Spam
PHP Code Widget
Search Everything
Simple Trackback Validation
WordPress Database Backup
WordPress Mobile Edition

Deactivating all the plugins does not fix the problem.

Deactivating Adbloc Plus does not fix the problem.
