mouse over pop up

Hi,

I am just a beginner on wordpress and I am trying to edit the plugin a bit unsuccessful. Currenntly when I hover the mouse over the author picture on the widget a pop-up shows up with the authors picture. I am trying to find a way to remove that. I do not want to have any popups but I am not sure where I can do that from or if I can remove it at all.
