Move blog to my computer

Hi.

Yesterday I changed my site’s domain and now my wordpress blog doesn’t work. But, I want also to change my blog location. First, I’d like to make it work locally, at my computer. I’ve already all the wordpress directories and the .sql file with all the database. I read some articles about this issue but all of them required some changes at the old blog, but now I haven’t access to it anymore.
