Move bottom menu bar

Hi, I find storefront bottom menu bar for the mobile users very useful (the one with search, cart and user page). However, now that I added a live chat (like Tawk.to) the cart icon is being overlapped by the chat. How can I solve this?

I tried to move the live chat at the middle of the screen instead of the bottom right, but I cannot say is a nice choice.

Is there any way to deactivate the bottom menu bar for the mobile or move it to another place? Thank you very much.
