Move Calculate Shipping before Cart Totals on cart.php

  • Hi, my cart page displays the Cart Totals (along with Proceed to Checkout button) before the TransDirect Calculate Shipping options.

    Is there a way I can move the TransDirect Calculate Shipping before the Cart Totals instead? Perhaps using functions.php?
