Move combined CSS to footer and leave critical in head

Hi,
I’m trying to optimize the speed with the settings of LS Cache and I would like to move the file https://euroviajar.com/min/5d0a7.css (sometimes has other name, everytime I clear the cache it changes) to the footer. It is the combined CSS and is the first thing to load. How can I do that?
