Move Comment button to bottom of post

  • I need a dummy explanation of how to move the comment button to the bottom of the post or add it to the the bottom of the post as well as the top.

    IF either is not possible, then make the button bigger or different color. It is getting lost in the post.

    Please remember I need a dumb down version.
