Move Comment Form Above Comments?

Hello! I’m trying to figure out which bits of code I need to relocate to move my comment form up above the list of comments on post pages. Any help would be appreciated!

I’ve created a child theme and moved the comments.php file to that, but I’m having trouble deciphering it.
