Move Comment Into Existing Thread?

I’m using threaded comments, but sometimes my commenters don’t quite get the concept of replying to an existing comment rather than the post as a whole.

Is there a way to move a comment so that it becomes a reply to an existing one?

Could use phpMyAdmin and look at the ‘comment_parent’ field/column in the wp_comments table.

Hm… yeah, I could poke around in the database. I confess I was hoping there might exist a more convenient, maybe plugin-based, solution. Thanks for the suggestion, though! Now I know what column to look in…
