Move comments from a page to a blog post

  • I have a Page of my WordPress with many facebook comments and I want to turn that page into a blog post, for which I planned to copy all the content of the page and paste it into a blog post.

    The thing that I what I want to know is this, can I move a fancy facebook comments from one page to an entry or blog post? Obviously without losing the comments which is what I want to keep.

    As you can see in the screenshot https://imgur.com/0vwJd0j, the Facebook Comments are being loaded for the homepage of your website. So you can just copy the content of this web page to the new web page you want to create. You won’t lose these comments. I am assuming you have set the “Url of the homepage of your website” in the “Load comments for” option in the “Basic” section at the plugin options page in the admin area.
