Move/Copy checkbox visual issue

    Hi!

    There’s an issue with move/copy checkbox when WordPress language is anything other than English (US) or French.
    I can see that only these two languages have any value in CSS pseudo-element that makes word “Move” appear.
    While most WordPress sites are probably in US English language, there are many installations in many other languages as well.
    It needs some default to fall back to.
