Move custom template above download links

    Hello

    This is a great little plugin but we are stuck at one issue I cant seem to work around.

    We sell virtual products for customers to download. We wanted to display the message above the download links but this doesnt seem to happen.

    It goes in the following order:

    Hi there. Your recent order has been completed. Your order details are shown below for your reference:

    Downloads
    >>download links<<
    –
    Custom email template
    –
    Order Details
    –
    Billing Address

    Any help would be great

    Hi @allanrudd101,

    Thanks for using my plugin!

    If you are entering a shortcode or any type of code-replacement snippet, it will not get converted before being added to the email… whatever you type goes straight across into the email template.

    I would recommend simply linking to the User’s “My Account” page, or manually typing the links into the Custom Email Message.

    Sorry I just read the title of your message, and it sounds like you want to have your Custom Email Message go into a different area in the email template? There are only so many available options for where to add content into the email templates; I have already provided all the available template locations as options in the plugin.

    If the content is not appearing where you’ve assigned it, that is a separate issue.

    Please let me know specifically which problem you are having.
