Move customer name to the TOP

    Hi there, I am very happy with the PDF plugin, and it has been great for me. I even upgraded in hopes of being able to fix this problem but no luck. I would like the customers name to be BIG and BOLD at the top of the packing slip (instead of the word “Packing Slip”). Can this be done? Thank you!
