    I need help to say me a solution, if one client add attachments into the ticket, the email notification to agent this attachment is down the email. Sometimes agents don’t see attachments in email, Can I put this top?

    Hello @samuelfalcon,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible in the current version of the plugin. But we have added this feature in our suggestion list and it will be available in a future version of the plugin.

    We will let you know once it is available.
