    Hello:

    I created a segment but made a mistake and people that completed the form did not end up on my segment list.

    I have corrected the mistake but now I want to move the people who had filled out the form to the segmeted list. How do I do this?

    Segments in MailPoet are dynamic, which means that subscribers will only be added to a segment if they match the conditions set for that segment. If the subscribers who filled out the form did not meet the conditions of your segment at the time of their submission, they would not have been automatically added to the segmented list.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to manually add subscribers to a segment in MailPoet. Segments are based on specific criteria and are meant to automatically update based on subscriber information and actions.

    To resolve this issue, we recommend reviewing the conditions you set for your segment and making sure they accurately reflect the criteria you want to use for segmentation. In some cases, creating a new segment with adjusted conditions might help.

    If you can provide us with more details about the segment you created and the specific subscribers you want to move, we can explore alternative solutions. One option could be to bulk add tags to these subscribers and create a segment based on the tag association.
