Move hamburger button to the left

Since (1) I don’t need to put logo on the hamburger bar, and (2) the sidebar is on the right, I want to move the off-canvas menu to the left. This requires moving the hamburger button to the left also for consistency. Would this be possible?

(Even better: is there a way to hide the space belongs to the hidden logo?)
