Move Main WP Site on Multisite Setup

Hi,

I am doing a major server move and have run into some problems so I have to ask this question since I am unsure what I am doing.

I want to move the Main WP Website to another Multisite Network as the Main site as well.

So: Main Multiste > Main Mulsite

However, I do not want to keep the Multisite Settings or the other subdirectory sites that are attached to the old network.

What Database Tables do I need to copy and move to the new database?
Reason for the Database Move is because the SQL file is over 200mb and the export file is 100mb which creates problems on the new site.

I could export individual files but would rather have SQL transfers instead.
