move menu responive theme

Hi – trying to figure out if it’s possible to move the main-nav menu on the responsive theme.

https://seedtheearth.com — basically i want the menu menu to be where the “top menu” is (so i can remove the top menu) while maintaining the header width/height etc. If I float it right it of course goes to the right of the logo however I then seem to lose the header styling.
