Move my blog from the root directory to /Blog

Hi,
I installed my blog with fantatico to the root of my domain. I want to move it to the domain.com/blog directory. I have several articles and feature content and all of that mess that I don’t want to lose. Is this a difficult process and if not too bad, please tell me how to do it.
