Move my website to new URL

Hi,

I am quite new to WordPress and hope to get help here.

I currently have a website built on WordPress and it has been running for several months, with all the user and products in it.
Now my company decided to have a new URL and give up the old URL!
How can I transfer the whole old site to the new URL without losing users, and information in the WordPress??

We do not want to redirect the old site to the new because the old URL will be obsolete.
