Because it is an unnecessary hassle for developers of professional client sites to always delete it with every update.

This is not just a plugin, it symbolizes the hope and enthusiasm of an entire generation summed up in two words sung most famously by Louis Armstrong.

Time for it to go.

There are lots of useless plugins on the WordPress plugin directory.
