Move post title from bottom to top of post

It seems like this should be very easy but for some reason I cannot find the solution anywhere
if you look at my page, my post’s title is at the bottom of the post along with the post meta data – all I want to do is move the title to the top of the post and leave the post meta data at the bottom – can someone please help me with this?
I am using the twenty twelve theme with a childtheme,
