Move "Read More" button above the "Share This"

For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to get the “Read More” button to be placed above the “Share This” section of my blog excerpts/briefs.

It’s not the biggest deal, but it seems like a more logical place to have the “Read More” button right after the text instead of below all the social media and like buttons.

Any help would be most welcome. Thank you!
