Move site content localhost to localhost

  • So I was building a site locally for awhile. I left it alone a couple weeks, came back, and now the servers no longer start. I need a way to recover this content and move it to a fresh install of a local server. Basically move it from localhost to another. However because the servers are offline on the original site I can’t just log in to export the content.

    What can I do to get this thing back up and running?
